Bridesmaids:
Ashley Redburn: Ashley is my one and only sibling! She is my sister by birth...but if I would have gotten the choice, I would have still chosen her! She is the best! This wedding would not be what it is without this lady! :) We have so much fun together, can't wait to see what happens next! Interesting bits: Reception beware! She has 5 kids and we like to get down!
Emmily Stegall: Emmily and I have been friends since 3rd grade when we both moved to St. James. We've done it all along the way. Together, we've almost met our demise, but we made it out alive somehow! ;) Emmily lives in Kansas City with her husband Heath (see below!) and their adorable puppy Zoe! Interesting bits: We have some killer dance moves...Watch Out!
Melanie Davis: Melanie Ann. Mell has been my person for several years now. She is always there to bounce things off of, and a neutral source. I know she will be honest with me, as well as support me. Melanie, who has been a best girlfriend of mine for years, happened to marry one of Chad's forever friends, Matt! (see below!) These two blessed us with our first furry nephew Diesel! Interesting bits: This girl knows all my secrets so I have to keep her around!
Ashley Rapp: My partner in crime! Ash and I got to know each other a little over four years ago. Ashley is lucky enough(cough, cough) to be married to one of Chad's best friends Jon (see below!), and they are the parents to a furry baby Carly. I think I'm the lucky one to have made such a great friend like her! Interesting bits: Ash and I greatly enjoy plotting against the boys, anyway possible ;)
Kelsey Freiberg: Kelsey and I have known each other pretty much from Day 1. Even though we aren't blood, she's always been a part of my family. I haven't done one thing in my life that Kelsey hasn't been there cheering me on. Kelsey and her husband Peter live in Kansas City with their new furball addition CJ! Interesting bits: We are members of a secret club together!
Andrea Ray: Andrea and I met in hair school. She attended a high school not far from my home town, but we never knew each other. Turns out we had so many friends and things in common! Andrea and I instantly connected. We had a blast together and could literally finish each other's sentences. She was the best friend a girl could have... Andrea is no longer here with us on this earth, but will always be in our hearts :) Interesting bits: Andrea has a son Brody Lee who is 4! ( I was blessed to be there on the day he was born!)
Groomsmen:
Ryan Shockley: It all started when I came out of my mothers womb. When I came out I saw a young boy the same size as me, my mother told me that he was my little big brother Ryan. At a young age, I was always helping Ryan do his homework and make good grades. Then it carried over to High School where all I wanted to do was focus on my studies, but my parents made me play sports, so Ryan could know what it feels like to be a winner. I have been helping him win in life ever since. On a more serious note though, my brother has been there for me my whole life and I know he will continue to be there through thick or thin and I will be there for him. Glad he is my best man.
Jake Shockley: My little brother Jacob. He has been a great inspiration, friend, and brother to me and I am very glad to have him in my wedding with me. Although he may feel like I try to be more of a father than a brother to him, I always have his back. I know he is always down to ride or die with me. Example, During one of my college football games, we were playing South Alabama and we were losing by a large margin, Jake was in the stands next to their student section and wasn't taking crap from anyone. So proud to have him in my life.
Matt Davis: Matthew Robert Davis a.k.a.THE DUDE. Due to my many concussions, I'm not really sure how long Matt and I have been friends. I do know its been a long time, because I have photos to prove we have been kicking it since 1st grade. No one person is more true blue than Matt. He is what he is and there is never a front put on by him, like it or not. One great thing about Matt is I have never been in a fight, (and never plan on being in one) but I know the day is going to come when my great friend Matt... is going to get us in a great one. He knows I would always jump in a epic brawl for him and I know if I ever was the instigator of a brawl, he would be jumping with me also.
Jon Rapp: Jon Crapp, oops forgot to put the period after his middle initial. Jon is known as Big City, at a young age he grew up fighting to survive in the projects of Chicago. After getting in too deep with the gangs of Chicago, the FBI relocated his family to a small town in rural Missouri for Jon's protection. In the 7th grade he started to attending classes, and we have been buds ever since. I knew I won his friendship over when I taught him the game of baseball and taught him how to properly dress while playing baseball. We have shared so many great memories together and am excited about what our future memories hold. So glad to have Jon in my wedding!
Heath Stegall: Heath and I are practically the same person in different bodies. I love to lift weights, he loves to lift weights. I love to play sports, he loves to play sports. I love to go on great adventures, he loves to go on great adventures, I like good music, he likes good music. I like ghost adventures, he likes ghost adventures. The only thing that separates Heath and I is the fact that I am a lot better than him at all of those things. It is always so fun to beat him, because he really thinks he has a chance to win. Heath and I became friends towards my departing years of college and even though we don't get to see each other all the time, the times we do get together... we make up for the lost time
Donie Buehrlen: D-Bow is my third brother. Most of you that are reading this may think I am joking but it isn't a joke. I officially adopted D-Bow my Junior year of High School, if you are still an unbeliever i'll show you the papers! D-Bow and I have been best of friends ever since. We have always been there for each other when we needed the other one to be there. We are the two best motivating factors for each other when it comes to getting pumped in the weight room. I know when we are both 89 we will be kicking it in rocking chairs on the front porch reminiscing of the great times we have shared.
